Obama Declares Habeas Corpus by Location?

Perhaps Obama took the Hippocratic oath since his administration is filled with such hypocrisy. Of course, I am sure if we asked him, it would be all Bush's fault. Or maybe TOTUS is putting words in his mouth. Either way, he is a hypocrite from every angle.

First he wants to grant foreign terrorists constitutional rights, and now he is playing semantics with the rights of foreign terrorists on foreign lands.
