Ah, the Marxists and their antics. They will never be able to take control if there is freedom of thought, an exchange of ideas, and real news being reported. So it is no surprise that Soros, Ayers, Dohrn, and all the other Marxists who are Obama's associates have sought to ignore the concept of freedom of the press and replace it with propaganda.

Gag Order to Silence Bloggers
The word "liberal" would imply freedom but it has been hijacked. The statists calling themselves "liberals" as if they believe in freedom is a outright contradiction. Every ideology they have and every action they take is just the opposite.
The statists are constantly creating bills with names that imply that they are good for the people, but they are also a contradiction.
Bills that come to mind are the GIVE act, which actually would inflict enslavement and servitude upon citizens by creating the civilian national army of Obama's dreams.
The Freedom of Choice Act (known as card check), is actually stealing freedom from voters to vote their choice anonymously without being subjected to intimidation, duress, or worse as is the case in oppressed regimes.
The Food Modernization Act sounds like it would be ensuring you get healthy foods, but it mandates pesticides in your food, severely restricts organic farming, and mandates genetically engineered seeds which will not germinate and are loaded with chemicals.
None of these bills are good for the people. Nor do they make us more free. But the statists give them good names to fool the masses.
Now the statists have a new one up their sleeve, namely the DISCLOSE act.

This act seeks to deprive bloggers of their constitutional rights of free speech and free press. The bill's name is a contradiction that is absolutely ridiculous, as the word "disclose" is to supply information, not suppress it.
So why go after the lone bloggers of the world? Do we have that much impact in the virtual world, so as to pose a threat to the government? I certainly hope so, and if not, then we should strive to do so. Someone has to keep the government from morphing into an oppressive regime.
Bloggers, are the untamed beast of the virtual world that the government cannot control. So of course it makes sense that the government would want to make every attempt to control any flow of information and opinion that may contradict it's own propaganda.
Even if the government does not agree with what bloggers say, we have a right to say it.
If the pen is in fact mightier than the sword, then we pose a great threat indeed to the budding oppressive regime in the current administration. May the bloggers of the world impair the statists ability to grow beyond it's infancy. In fact, may the bloggers of the world cause the statist to self-abort their own mission, and may the truth set us free once again.

Obama Aids Hamas and Hezbollah
Obama needs a reality check. He needs to be reminded that America elected him president and no other, he represents American citizens and no other, and that he took an oath to uphold the US Constitution and no other. The fact that his actions demonstrate him supporting our enemies is an outrage and an act of treason against America.
Hezbollah is recognized by the US as a terrorist organization. How can Obama support them and hope to "build them up"?

Just because these terrorists have infiltrated the Lebanese government does not mean that we should give them any recognition as a legitimate regime. Anyone even remotely connected to Hezbollah, directly or indirectly, should be rejected by the US. There is no middle ground here. There is no compromise.
Where is Obama's loyalty to the United States? These actions compromise our national security and endanger us as a nation.
There are countless actions by Obama in which he favors terrorists over Americans.
Just seven days after being sworn into office, Obama's priorities were not with America and his presidential duties, but to write an executive order taking care of another terrorist organization, Hamas.

How can Obama declare it to be the "national interest"? National interest to what nation?
How can Obama grant refugee status to "Palestinians refugees and conflict victims in Gaza", namely Hamas? Isn't the goal to keep terrorists OUT of the US? Yet Obama rolls out the red carpet for them.
How can Obama set aside 20 million of taxpayer dollars for terrorists? Why was it a first order of business and a priority to give terrorists assistance? Why would he even want to give terrorists assistance?
Of course, these things are not reported by the MSM. They are accomplices to Obama's crimes. This is why Obama does not want a free press. It will impair his ability to destroy us from within.
These actions are treasonous and should be charged as such. But the rest of the government representatives are also his accomplices, and none of them have the spine to do what is right for the nation. They don't deserve the privilege of calling themselves an American. We should take the 20 million set aside in this order, and use it to prosecute them and send them to Gitmo.

POTUS Impairs Freedom of the Press
The founding fathers intended freedom of the press as a safeguard to keep we the people free, and promote democracy in the Republic. A government controlled press spews propaganda and results in oppression not freedom. Obama, however seems to think that a free press impairs a democracy.
The only thing that seems to be impaired is Obama's lack of tech savvy. While it is unfortunate that Obama's lack of tech savvy does not leave him unable to operate TOTUS, since when do computer game systems put pressure on a democracy?

Freedom of the press does not put pressure on the country and on our democracy. This is either the biggest lie ever told, or demonstrates that Obama has no conceptual understanding of the purpose of freedom of the press.
The real issue here is actually that Obama does not want the citizen to access the information, namely the truth when and if it is reported. The truth sets us free, and Obama as a statist, wants to control the information you receive so he can tell you what to think. If you only know what he tells you, then you will not be able to dispute what he says. You will be easily controlled by the statist.
Obama, the elitist, is also insulting the common citizen, by implying that we are not smart enough to disseminate the information available, analyze it, and assess it for ourselves. The statist thinks the state needs to be in control of you for your own good.
It is bad enough that the media is 99.9% distorted as they swoon under the spell of Obama the Superzero, but Obama seems intent on silencing that small percentage of journalists and bloggers that make an attempt to report the truth. If Obama really was well intentioned, he wouldn't feel threatened by this small percentage and would not be making an attempt to silence them. That speaks much louder than the journalists themselves.
