Obama Aids Hamas and Hezbollah

Obama needs a reality check. He needs to be reminded that America elected him president and no other, he represents American citizens and no other, and that he took an oath to uphold the US Constitution and no other. The fact that his actions demonstrate him supporting our enemies is an outrage and an act of treason against America.

Hezbollah is recognized by the US as a terrorist organization. How can Obama support them and hope to "build them up"?

"United States President Barack Obama's administration is looking for ways to build up 'moderate elements' within the Lebanese Hezbollah guerrilla movement"
What exactly is a "moderate element" of a terrorist?

Just because these terrorists have infiltrated the Lebanese government does not mean that we should give them any recognition as a legitimate regime. Anyone even remotely connected to Hezbollah, directly or indirectly, should be rejected by the US. There is no middle ground here. There is no compromise.

Where is Obama's loyalty to the United States? These actions compromise our national security and endanger us as a nation.

There are countless actions by Obama in which he favors terrorists over Americans.

Just seven days after being sworn into office, Obama's priorities were not with America and his presidential duties, but to write an executive order taking care of another terrorist organization, Hamas.

Presidential Determination No. 2009-15 of January 27, 2009
Unexpected Urgent Refugee and Migration Needs Related To Gaza
Memorandum for the Secretary of State

"By the authority vested in me by the Constitution and the laws of the United States, including section 2(c)(1) of the Migration and Refugee Assistance Act of 1962 (the ``Act''), as amended (22 U.S.C. 2601), I hereby determine, pursuant to section 2(c)(1) of the Act, that it is important to the national interest to furnish assistance under the Act in an amount not to exceed $20.3 million from the United States Emergency Refugee and Migration Assistance Fund for the purpose of meeting unexpected and urgent refugee and migration needs, including by contributions to international, governmental, and nongovernmental organizations and payment of administrative expenses of Bureau of Population, Refugees, and Migration of the Department of State, related to humanitarian needs of Palestinian refugees and conflict victims in Gaza."
This is outrageous. Not only are executive orders unconstitutional and an abuse of presidential power, but Obama uses it as one of his first orders of business as president to take action against Americans.

How can Obama declare it to be the "national interest"? National interest to what nation?

How can Obama grant refugee status to "Palestinians refugees and conflict victims in Gaza", namely Hamas? Isn't the goal to keep terrorists OUT of the US? Yet Obama rolls out the red carpet for them.

How can Obama set aside 20 million of taxpayer dollars for terrorists? Why was it a first order of business and a priority to give terrorists assistance? Why would he even want to give terrorists assistance?

Of course, these things are not reported by the MSM. They are accomplices to Obama's crimes. This is why Obama does not want a free press. It will impair his ability to destroy us from within.

These actions are treasonous and should be charged as such. But the rest of the government representatives are also his accomplices, and none of them have the spine to do what is right for the nation. They don't deserve the privilege of calling themselves an American. We should take the 20 million set aside in this order, and use it to prosecute them and send them to Gitmo.

Health Care Bill - The Sickle Cell Clause Is Harmful to America's Health

Sickle cell is a dangerous disease that stops the flow of blood. It is a health crisis for the patient who is inflicted with sickle cell.

Just as sickle cell is constricting, the health care bill has a clause which will inflict such a crisis on Americans, thus cutting off the lifeblood of our nation. In fact, it is so constricting that one could argue that it morphs into the communist symbol of the hammer and sickle.

This is not a far fetched analysis, when one considers section 5210, titled "Establishing a Ready Reserve Corps," the force must be ready for "involuntary calls to active duty during national emergencies and public health crises."
http://www.wnd.com/index.php?fa=PAGE.view&pageId=132001

The reserve consists of 6000 officers appointed by the president at a cost of $5,000,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014 for recruitment and training and $12,500,000 for each of fiscal years 2010 through 2014. That is $17,500,00 per year. That is a lot money for a near insolvent nation.

The section establishing a ready reserve corp may look innocent on the surface, but it isn't. You can see it here.
http://democrats.senate.gov/reform/patient-protection-affordable-care-act-as-passed.pdf

This section, when combined with the executive order 12766 and the GIVE Act, is very unsettling, as it creates the civilian national security force that Obama spoke about in his campaign.

Here is the clip of that campaign promise, which the media of course ignored and was negligent in their reporting of Obama.

Here are two videos for training and recruitment, of the brainwashed civilian security force and and how citizens will be asked to pledge their loyalty to Obama. It sounds like something Hitler would have done.

The GIVE Act, also intended to look innocent but isn't, creates another way to recruit and brainwash our youth, with mandatory paid volunteers. "Paid" volunteers? What is that? Isn't "mandatory" against the enslavement clause in the constitution?
You can read the bill here. http://www.opencongress.org/bill/111-h1388/show

While an executive order is not legislation, executive order 12766 is disturbing to say the least. It establishes a 10 governor panel, appointed by the president and accountable to no one.
"When appointed, the Council will be reviewing such matters as involving the National Guard of the various States; homeland defence; civil support; synchronization and integration of State and Federal military activities in the United States; and other matters of mutual interest pertaining to National Guard, homeland defence, and civil support activities."
http://shutking.blogspot.com/2010/01/breaking-news-obama-signs-martial-law.html

One of these items alone is very disturbing. But when you consider them all in conjunction with each other, it will probably leave you unable to sleep soundly again, as well as give you nightmares.

What does a ready reserve corp have to do with health care? Why do we need the GIVE Act mandating paid volunteers? Furthermore, the US already has our armed forces along with the national guard, in addition to police, fire fighters, EMS, and even FEMA. Why do we need a civilian army? Even more disturbing, why do we need a civilian security force and governors as security guards, all solely appointed by the president and accountable to no one? And why do they have to be available and ready involuntarily for national emergencies? Who will decide what is a national emergency?

A Ruler Just Doesn't Measure Up

Where is the Constitutional authority for a president to issue an executive order? Article II, sections 1 and 3 of the U.S. Constitution requires the U.S. President to "faithfully execute" the law. There is no specific mention of "executive orders", especially one that grants a power to be utilized to circumvent the law and/or the three branches of government. The Founding Fathers specifically established the three branches of government for the purpose of providing us with checks and balances, so that no one branch has all the power. They fought with their lives to escape tyranny, and sought to avoid living under such rule.

While there is no "executive order power" in the Constitution, presidents have been using the "faithfully execute" phrase as an excuse to issue executive orders. It is a stretch of powers, and in my opinion, it is actually an abuse of power. Obama is now following in the footsteps of past presidents, and in way that is extremely alarming.

A few weeks ago, Obama wanted a bipartisan fiscal commission created. Never mind that we don't need more government bureaucracy of incompetency wasting taxpayer dollars, accomplishing nothing, and dictating unconstitutional directives controlling our lives. But when the Senate did not confirm this request, Obama then issued an executive order, thus overruling the checks and balances, with no constitutional authority whatsoever.

Not surprisingly, Obama surrounds himself with others like himself, who also have no concern for Constitutional limitations of authority or power. Even worse, they don't even try to hide it. This is very telling about who they really are and it isn't good.

For example:
Rahm Emanuel, the White House chief of staff said “We are reviewing a list of presidential executive orders and directives to get the job done across a front of issues”.

Dan Pfeiffer, the White House communications director said “In 2010, executive actions will also play a key role in advancing the agenda.”

Um, hello? What about the legislative process? This is a republic. Executive orders are not a substitute for legislation. It is bad enough that Obama appointed all these czars, who were not confirmed by the Senate and have no accountability to we the people as our elected officials do. But now the administration reveals it's plans to force it's agenda down the throats of the American people, with complete disregard for the legislative process. These are the actions of a ruler, not a leader. In a republic, we don't have rulers and the administration needs to realize that. As it is, we the people aren't even getting representation from those that were actually elected to represent us, and now we have an administration that intends to do what it wants and it wants to be accountable to no one.

So where does this leave us? Where does this leave the Republic? Obama is not the first president to issue executive orders, nor is he the first president to abuse his presidential power. But I find this administration's behavior and attitude to be extremely disturbing. At best, he is behaving like a spoiled child throwing a tantrum for not getting his way. At worst, he is a dictator in the making. Either way, the nation is in a tough predicament. Past presidents have taken an inch, and now Obama is going to go the extra mile, but not in a good way. This isn't what the Founders intended. We the people need to remind the administration that we are a republic and in a republic, having a ruler just doesn't measure up.
